August Water Bill Correction

Dear Residents of Hartsburg,

We want to apologize for an error in your recent water bill. The bill you received was calculated using the new water rates which weren’t scheduled to take effect until August 1, 2025, after being approved by the Village Board at the July meeting.

You will be receiving a corrected water bill with the old rates applicable for July usage. We are truly sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure accuracy moving forward.
