📝 How to Apply for a Permit
Thinking about selling or promoting door-to-door in Hartsburg? You’ll need a Peddler/Solicitor Permit from the Village.
Steps to Apply:

Complete the Peddler/Solicitor Permit Application (available for download below or at Village Hall).

Submit the form, required documentation, and fee (if applicable) to the Village Clerk’s Office.

Allow up to 5 business days for review and approval.

Once approved, you’ll receive a Village-issued permit card — this must be visible when soliciting.
